These got dusted off from the vaults. My skills have vastly improved a bit in the last 7 years. It's so funny to see the layouts that I used to be sooooooooooooo dang proud about. Back in the day, I seriously thought this was the BOMB! :) hahhah! Some things never change. Big titles, 8.5 x 11 layout size, my love of color, handwriting on layouts and sticker usage. Thank GOD the product has improved! :) The reason why I posted this is because I was checking out Brianna's Blog and she posted a challenge about your 1st layouts. Well here they are and I want to see yours!!! Lemme know if you have a blog and post them! C'mon show me what your 1st layouts looked like! :)

I haven't blogged in a while. I'm currently sitting in my chair typing with two wadded up pieces of tissue up each nostril. Your welcome. I just painted you a pretty picture, huh? We are coming up on almost a week after Thanksgiving Day. Guess where I was 12 midnight only hours after eating our turkey dinner? Asleep? NO Eating seconds? NO, I did that at about 9 p.m. Dancing on tables? NO, but don't ask me this the day after New Years. I was at the Gilroy Premium Outlets! I had a slight lapse in judgement and drove 35 minutes up north to go shopping. Am I friken crazy? My niece Kori turned 16 in October. I know many may think she looks 22.....that may be do to the fact that I did her make up. She asked for smokey eyes a la what's her face. It's Thursday! One more week until Gobble Gobble Day! My pants are a bit tighter just thinking about it. Cardstock ONLY! ....this is what they came up with. Fabulous layouts girls!!!! It was fun to step out of the box and come up with something a bit different than I would normally do....but it's still a "ME" layout. It's almost time to punch out and go pick up my little one. I'm going to go to Target on the way home and return a sweater I bought. I was going to wear it today but it's super ichey. I'm not liking that at all. It's really nice but when I tried it on intially I had a long sleeve shirt on and didn't feel the ich factor. I met David at Costco for lunch and we did some shopping. Got a Christmas CD....Mariah's old one from a few years ago. I love "All I want for Christmas is You"....but now that I think of it, I think I already have it! So last night was the end of Season two.......it was a total cry fest. No, I didn't cry, I sorta laughed at them. HA! ...........yada yada it's over.....but then we have the post show on MTV. That is where the real schtuff started!!! Lauren/LC and all her gorgeousness made an apperance and I'm sooooooo beyond excited that she got her own show. THE HILLS!! I'm already a fan. Apperantly, her not so cute sister is taking over her Jimmy Choo's and is going to be in the cast of LB3.....new people, new drama........and more red cups. I'm sure it will not dissapoint. Do you have any to spare? I totally went over my limit this month shopping for supplies AND it's just the 5th of November. Not like I really needed anything, I just NEEDED it. Scrapbook supplies are right up there with the regular necessities like ya know......food, shelter and clothing. If my husband only knew how much money I spent these last two weeks, he would seriously croak. Thank goodness I take care of the checkbook. I ordered some sticker Alphas and Heidi product from Down Memory Lane Co , hit the clearance isle at Office Depot ( I scored a ton of MM rubons...kinda went wild!), visited my local scrapbook store The Stamp Bug.........not once but 3 times. I'm so not including the money I spent on photo developing this month. Good lord! I put alot of those "necessities" to work last night.
