I'm beyond excited about it and to think in 5 months I'll be there!!! Hope to meet a lot of online friends and mingle with some scrap celebrities!! So get all your biznezz taken care of and BE THERE!!! 'Bama watch out because Christina is on the way! HA! I see a tattoo parlor in my near future! I know Amy Stultz is with me on this!

Speaking of Tattoos and such........
I want to pierce my nose. Am I crazy? I think it looks cool and I have always wanted a little bling there......so why not? David thinks I'm too old for a nose ring. After I slapped him across the head, I called a few places to get info on it. So I might get a hole in my nostril. Eh, we'll see.

I won!!
I won a contest! I was over at Scrap Submit a week or two ago and saw a call fall layout contest over at Scrapbooker Online and thought why not? So I sent on in my Delight Layout. The owner emailed me today and I won! How cool is that? I get a $25 gift certificate to the store...........YUMMO Heidi product will be on its way pretty dang soon! Thank you Scrapbooker Online! :)

Cards Premier Issue
Can I express to you how giddy I am to see my work in print???? I just get this feeling of happiness that comes over me. That is me in there, right along side the madd talented Susan Weinroth in Cards Premier issue! I'm loving it! :) Two cards of mine are in there along with a plethora of fantastic artist's creations. Just fabulous! They sent over 2 books and some goodies to play with. It's just too cool and I look forward to more of it! :)

Shopping...and No, not for Scrap supplies!
Did a little "ME" shopping today.......got some cute sequin trimmed tanks at Old Navy. A total bargain at 2 for $15.......I got four. I hit the clearance isle and there is a ton of cools stuff on for super cheap! Two cute sweaters........like $10 bucks each!!! I was in bargain heaven! Strolled over to Anchor Blue and found a pair of darling brown suede flats and some super cute jewelry too. I never go in that store but David was looking for pants.......he ended up getting a pair of jeans at Jahk Penne.....also known as J.C. Penny.

Well, it's late and it has been a long and rainy day. Time to hit the sack. Thursday, thank GOD! It still sucks since I have to work on Saturday.......yuck.

Oh, Making the Band is on tomorrow! YESSSSSSSSS! I'll be sure to tune in! :)

    LOL about the nose piercing. The only thing I can get the nerve the piece is my ears! LOL.

    I want to go shopping - those are cute tanks!

    I used to have my nose pierced, i loved it! i think you should go for it, although youre smokin as you are,and if you hate it just take it out and it will close over. YAY for your cards being published!

    I think you def. need a tat, but I'm not so sure about the nose ring....how about a little diamond stud instead? Kewl, yet subtle. ;)

    I have to work on Saturday too if that makes ya feel any better. :D

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos...
