Bad blogger am I

I haven't blogged in a while. I'm currently sitting in my chair typing with two wadded up pieces of tissue up each nostril. Your welcome. I just painted you a pretty picture, huh?

We are coming up on almost a week after Thanksgiving Day. Guess where I was 12 midnight only hours after eating our turkey dinner?

Asleep? NO
Eating seconds? NO, I did that at about 9 p.m.
Dancing on tables? NO, but don't ask me this the day after New Years.

I was at the Gilroy Premium Outlets! I had a slight lapse in judgement and drove 35 minutes up north to go shopping. Am I friken crazy? Not sure what I was thinking but I do remember saying "it's better than getting up at 4 a.m. to go shopping!" ::rolls eyes:: Cut to tons of traffic, mass-like amount of people and not that great of sales. David wanted to go to "HIS" shoe store. Clarks. My sister in law Fallon and her boyfriend Billy went with us. Lemme tell you that I have never been at a store at that time and it felt weird. I was like trying to trick myself that it was only 8 p.m. outside and ya know, that kinda worked! You guys should have seen the sick lines at the Coach and Banana Republic stores. It was CA-RAZY!

Then we had the bright idea of going to Super Walmart at 4 a.m. I have never been in a Super Walmart and no less, never at 4 o'clock in the friggen morning. There were people forming lines and like putting their hands on black tarped off mounds of electronic boxes. It was like the were in grade school and saying "I called it!" or licking it to mark it was theirs. CA-RAZY! We wanted to buy a tv for Jaden's room and decided to get in on the 89.00 price. Then after waiting for like 30 minutes David turns to me and says, "Do we really even want a SD2000 TV?" What the heck kind of brand is a SD 2000? So we left.

Finally we drive back home and we have to pass the mall in order to take Billy and Fallon home. David says c'mon lets go back and see what they have at the mall. At that point I was like, whatever David. So we go to J.C. Penny and leave, drive by Sears and see the line. Oh Hells no. Then I say ok let's go to Target. Next to Target is Circuit City. OH MY LORD. The line was seriosly 6 people deep and like a block long. CA-RAZY!

Next thing I know it's 6:30 am, I've pulled my first all nighter and we didn't buy anything. Was that time well spent or what? So stupid. Never again.

It took me like 2 days to recover from that lack of sleep. I'm a light weight candy-a$$. I couldn't hang.

So what else?

Not much else going on. I entered some Manuf. DT's that I will never get...waiting to hear the news on that. But ya never know unless you try. Jaden is sick too. He's been having touble sleeping and that has not been fun.

Well, I'm off to take some more Meds and hope I feel better soon. I called in sick today so I have to go to work tomorrow. Yuck.

Hope everyone is having a better day than me! :)

CP OUT! :)

ps. sorry for all the typo's, i'm lazy to spell check. later.

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
