Happy Monday Dolls!

So how was your NSD? I was at work most of the day and loving all the goodies I was seeing online. I couldn’t wait to get home and pull out all of my supplies and create something! I recently won a prize pack from Heidi Swapp during her launch at Michael’s. You can imagine my surprise when a follower on IG let me know that she had mentioned my name during her webcast. I had hashtaged a picture of her sold out line on IG and she chose me as a winner! She gave a super generous box of goodies that I have been steadily using in my projects. The goodie box included a bottle of Color Shine in Bronzer. It has the most luxurious metallic shimmer. So luxe! On paper, it totally looks like gold leaf. It is too too gorg. I have been collecting the Color Shine Mists and so far I have Mint Green, Sweet Cherry, Georgia Peach, Primrose, Mustard, Tropicana Teal, Tinsel and Bronzer. I really really want the Gold Lame. Luckily, all of Heidi’s product at Michael’s is 25% off this week!! Done deal. I just hope they have it in stock! If you are a spray-mist-inky-splatter kinda girl like me, these are a must to add to your scrappy supply arsenal!

Here is the Bronzer and Mint Green in action, close up. I looks so fabulous in person. IN LOVE! Check out my start photo and my final photo. I call it a craftsplosion.

I'd love to know what you made! What is your favorite product to use?

Xoxo- CP

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
