Soggy Disney Adventure

it was a scary soggy mess at Disneyland. Tried to make the best of it. Lemme say that Disney made a killing with rain slickers. Wet hair, soggy costumes, closed rides but still we were out there like the rest of the Diehards. HA!

My baby was supposed to be the Queen of Hearts. Made her the cutest little headband for it. the crown was made of playing cards. Well, that went well with the water as you can see.

The haunted mansion was all done up for Halloween, this was fantastic inside. No pics though. sadface. I really wasn't into the mood of taking many photos. wonder why?

Jade was excited to take a pic with this toy story army dude, but wth? where was buzz light year? all we got was his two little girlfriends.

There was a spectacular fire works show at the end after the parade, that i didn't take pics of. lol

My most fave picture of the night. Love the illuminated castle in the back ground. so pretty.

fave number 2, i just like the way it looks.

oh yeah, me in the mad hatters hat shop. my hair was all gross and my pink feathery lashes from sephora were falling off. but i like the shot in the mirror.

and the micky pumpkin at the end. Never will do disneyland in the rain again. we'll hope for better weather next time. I knew after our soakfest of a day, one of the kids would be sick. And yep, mr Jaden was vomiting on the way home. in the car. OMG. We think he got a migrane or something. so crazy.
The day before, we had dinner at a Pirate Show in Anaheim. It was fun, we were inside so that worked!! We all had a blast. My sister came up from San Diego. I also met up with my nephew Calvin who lives in LA and we chilled and had dinner at the Grove/farmers market. I left with a new Michael Kors bag....and i lurve it.
Getting my last preps for Halloween done. Jaden's birthday on Thursday. The big 7. Cupcakes and his restaurant of choice. I'm sure we will end up at Micky D's or something. Going to a Family Halloween Party on Sunday. Looking forward to that! HOPEFULLY IT WON'T RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Halloween week Friends!!!!!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos...
