Punch.Drunk.Love.

I'm a punch girl. I love using them on scrapbook pages and cards. The edger type are cool to use on the side's of photos. They are a great bang for your buck, if you buy the right one, of course! I have plenty that I never ever use so I have to really love love love it before I commit to buying it these days. You gotta have a round corner edger in your stash along with a circle punch, nesting scalloped punches are really good to use. I've been using them alot more lately with the PSA Essentials Stamp products. I'm waiting for my DT swag to come in so I can get busy crafting! So with that, It makes me think I'm in need of some more punches!

these are some that I love and use regularly.....

Punches I really need.....

This punch is from Studio Calico and I really really really really really really really want this one. Did I say really enough there? HA! It's just a versatile edger punch that I know I will use time and time again. Another go to punch, like the large scalloped edge Martha Stewart ones. Love them. Good investments.

Check the punch out in action here. This page is AMAZING by Leslie Ashe . Isn't it TO DIE FOR. I want everything on this page, especially the darling felt rosettes by Wendy Hammer Designs on etsy. Need both ASAP!

Speaking of Butterflies this one is Amazeballs 2010. Must.have.

this one is just a beauty. i love it. and it's huge. i can see this one layered with tissue and mix of papers and jeweled centers. Zomg.

This Martha Stewart Bird on a Line Bird punch is really cute. I can see alot of cute stuff with this. Especially using music sheets. that would look super cute.

So what punches are you really into? What punches are your must have's? Let me know! Link a girl up! I'd love to see some of your favorite pages you have made with decorative punches! All of these punches shown are available through Martha Stewart's website. There are tons and tons cute crafty supplies, plethora of crafty information. Lot's of inspiration for Halloween decor, and yummy food creations! I totally love me some Martha! I just got her annual Halloween Magazine, I get it every year! But that's a whole 'nother post!!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos...
