Hello Daylight Savings Time....I hate you.

It's been almost one month since my last post.
I've been a mix of busy and lazy. You can mostly catch me on Facebook. I fb with the best of them.
Can I say that Daylight Savings time kicked my ass on Sunday? I mean really, I had no idea 1 hour could frig up my day so much. I was straight paraniod that I was going to wake up late, so after getting to bed late (damn you, facebook and Words with Friends) I seriously woke up every hour on the F'ing hour. It was horrid. Then finally 5:15am rolls around, I mean 6:15am and I'm exausted. I hit the snooze and then leap out of bed and rush to be at work at 7:30am. I walk in and my coworker is like, WTF lady? You are not scheduled to be here until 4pm.
FML. Royally.
I felt like a complete fool. We laughed and then went to eat waffles with whipped cream and strawberries in the cafeteria. It made it all better. I love my girls at work, they can make fun of me but we have so much fun and if it were them I totes would have been laughing my ass off at them.
I've been creating a bit. There is a new ScrapJack up that is crazy amazeballs inspo that you should check out.

and i went to see this:

i loved it so much. the colors, the costumes, 3D amazingness, Johnny Depp. Tim Burton is a creative genious. loved it so so so very much. Want to see it again.
speaking of movies....

this is coming out on DVD on Midnight Friday:

You know I'm getting it. I only saw it once on the big screen and once really badly via pirated black market copy that sucked. And no, I'm not going to a midnight release party dressed as Bella or anything. I'm a fan but um, no way people. So when I pick up the movie, I'll watch Twilight then New Moon and eat my Twilight Sky Bar that is in the freezer with some popcorn, drink some diet pepsi out of my Edward Cup and Twi-nerd the evening at home.

Don't hate.
Don't be jealous of my fantastical Saturday plans.
But do hate my fantastical Friday plans.

I'll be meeting up with these crazy cool girls on Friday. We are heading up to the Scrapbook Expo in Pleasantville and mix in a little shopping, picture taking and eating. The last time I spent time with these girls, we got pulled over by the police and made a huge mess at a scrapbook store.

Yeah, that's how we roll.
xoxo

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
