Hello Lovah.

Necklaces.

Oh how I love thee.
I wear one everyday. It's one of my most fave accessories to put on. I have a huge collection of them, even had a layout published called "Embellish Me" about it.

I've kind of moved on from the Mrs. Flinstone/Lucille Ball type necklaces on to other styles, but still rock it on occasion.

I've been on the lookout for large statement style necklaces and bib style necklaces........forever 21 is a new friend. I recently purchased 4 of them (only the white and peach are pictured) and currently am lusting over these two necklaces from Anthro (green and white) and this handmade yo yo necklace (in center) made by my awesome friend Beth Perry.

I'm going to play around with some things and see if i can come up with something remotely similar to the white one. It might be an epic fail, but the crafty girl in me wants to try!
and as if those weren't enough check out all these babies:

check out my little glammy baby, Aubrielle. Who loves, loves putting on my necklaces and bracelets. So cute.

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
