LSS #2 Put a fork in it 'cuz it's done!

I just finished my Last Scrapper Standing #2 layout................. I'm diggin' it!

I loved James Blunt's "your beautiful" the first 100 times I heard it, then not so much.......but I always remember the intro line "My life is brilliant" and I had loved the idea of using it as a title on a layout. This challenge enabled me to use 13 pics that featured alot of my family.....which to me, make my life brilliant.

I love them all to pieces.
Like seriously.
Especially my baby and hubby.
and mom, and sister, i could go on, so to EVERYONE in my family.

I LOVE YOU!

Supplies used: Wild asparagus paper
Heidi Swapp Ghost letters
Heidi Swapp chipboard heart
Heidi Swapp stickers
Making Memories blossoms, wrights chenille ric rack, foofala button, staples, heart stamp and brilliance inks.

Peace out Homies!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos...
