In it to win it!

I have decided to go ahead and try out for the Scenic Route Paper design team!!!!!!!!!
It would be amazing to be on their DT and work with their awesome papers. Love the thickness of their paper, designs, color combos and double sided papers. Not to mention their cool chipboard too!

Here is one of the layouts that I did using their papers called THINK.

Supplies Used:

Scenic Route Papers
Scenic Route Chipboard
Heidi Swapp plastic letters, journaling spots, chipboard heart
foofala and SEI buttons
Making Memories mini stickers
Lil Davis Stickers
and my famous little star stamp! :)

I really would love to get this.
Total Dream DT for me.
I'll keep my fingers crossed!

Like my good friend Ramona says..............."You gotta be in it to win it!"

Yep MO, ya do!

  4. Wicked LO CP... and yeah you are one of the women who inspire me. When I get in a rut I find it easier to head to my "wall of wonderful women" to get me out of it! You continue to inspire me. I hope you don't mind me "stealing" your photos to use.

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
