The fine people at www.Pubcalls.blogspot.com got together with Imagination Project and requested layouts made with IP. Those IP layouts would be displayed in an IP Gallery at PubCalls..............and yours truly was one of the 5 designers chosen to be featured in the upcoming IP Blog!

Imagination Project sent me a loaded box of goodies as a thank you!!

Cars is finally out in theaters this weekend and David and I are taking Jaden to see it on Sunday! I went out and got him a Cars T-shirt to wear to his FIRST time at the movies............EVER!

I'm actually looking forward to watching it too!! Is it wrong that a grown woman enjoys watching these kind of movies? I'm a huge, huge fan of Toy Story 1 and 2. I can seriously watch it over and over again and I'm not sick of it. HA! Even Ice Age. I dig Sid and love me some Buzz Lightyear!

I'm sure we will all love the flick!
and you know I'm bringing my camera!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
