3000 Mark!

I've hit the 3000 mark on this blog! That's not much in comparison to other blogs with a gagillion hits, but I'm cool with that! It's also been fun to look back on my days and heck, it's even worked as a journaling tool for my layouts! So I'm diggin' it! Just wanted to say Hello to everyone who has visited since August! If you haven't said hello before........Do it! I would love to meet more of ya who visit on a regular basis!

Speaking of layouts.......I created 3 last night after dinner. I received my DT Kit from Leaving-Memories and it was full of Chatterbox paper. I'm so happy with the layouts I created.....the whole creative process is awesome. Ya look at the paper, get some pictures and BAM! a layout appears......so cool.

You can check out all of the L-M DT's creations here. Fabulous job Ladies!

Hmmmmmmm what else..... I sent out the RAK's from my little quiz. Hope the recipiantS like the goodies!

I participated in a card swap over at 2peas and got a beautiful tag/card from this awesome scrapbooker named Dena. Her tag was in the Premier issue of Cards. I sent mine out and hopefully the recipient loves it as much as I do! :) Thanks to the super talented Linda Harrison for heading that up!

Speaking of Cards Magazine.....they requested 2 cards for their June/July issue! Stoked about that. Since their premier issue in November, I have had a card or cards in their publication for every month through July! Cool huh? I'm hoping to keep that streak alive and be in their book whole year long! Who knows, maybe!

ooooooooh and I just got an email conformation from Amillionlittlethings.com that my order has been shipped! Ooooooooooh YEAH! I ordered tons of new Heidi product.....looking forward to playing with all her awesome chipboard shapes, yummy tape and cool silhouettes!

Speaking of Heidi Swapp........I commented over at her blog. Wonder if she saw it? I put a link of my blog on it and said "Looking forward to meeting you at the Scrap Etc Event in Alabama"

............... How retarded am I? lol

Very.

cp out!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Where's that baby, huh?

Lot's of emails waiting for me in my inbox that had not been checked in almost one month in a half, (Gasp!!!!) that had been asking if I had given birth yet or if I was going on a 2 year long pregnancy. Even though it seemed that way, either that or I was having a 20 lb baby (ouch..or a 12 lb'er like my local sb friend!)....anywhoo..... Aubrielle Rose Padilla came into this world a whole 2 weeks early, much to my surprise, because I was expecting her around the 14th!... she weighed a hefty 7.2 lbs (I'm kidding, since J was a 9 lber!!) and was a full 20 inches long. She's got all 10 fingers and toes, a full head of dark hair, and she's Jaden's mini me, just a smaller version of him, but with girl parts. lol Hard delivery, long delivery, it seriously dropped kicked me on my caboose. Aubrielle had a bad case of jaundace that we had to address with daily trips to the hopspital but I'm happy to report that she's much better now. I'm sorry this post dos
