8 days People. EIGHT.

New Moon countdown is going down in 8 days. It is hard to believe that it's finally here. The New Moon advertising machine is going strong. Case in point, Volvo even got in on this. The new trailers are all over the place and I stop in my tracks and have to watch it. I just saw the new one with Victoria and the new "vampire run" just a hint at how a new director and a boatload of chashola can turn up the heat!

One of my fabulous teen volunteers at work called me last night and had Twilight/New Moon info for me. My little spy works at the local movie theater where they are doing a midnight showing and said that i needed to get down to the theater ASAP. They are going to be showing a re-release of Twilight at 9pm. I must go. You see, I didn't get in on the Twilight train until February of this year. I saw the trailer for it last year but wasn't interested up until I read the book. and thenPUNCH. DRUNK. LOVE. EDWARD. happened.

Needless to say I was there in like 15 minutes to purchase two tickets. One for moi and one for my twihomie, Shelby. I called her and she was squeeeeeeeeeeeeing like the fangirl that she is. This will be our first time seeing BIG HUGENORMOUS EDWARD enter the cafeteria ON THE BIG SCREEN and SPARKLE like a nerd in the meadow. YAYS!

My spy says that if i purchase the re-release tixs I don't have to wait in the hugestastic line that will be forming to see NM at Midnight. They are only playing it in 1 screen and then keeping us in there to start NM at 12. That means I'm in like flynn and don't have to frost my nipples outside. This is the plan, hope it pans out or else I'll be like the rest of the TWI schmucks out side freezing my ass off.

I don't think i have posted all my Paper Cut Layouts here so I'll do that now. Play along, we've been having tons of fun with it! Non Twilight Challenges too! Check us out!

I was a total LAHOSER and didn't do the last challenge on MY OWN friggen TWILIGHT challenge blog. I will be posting Challenge by Chapter 5 tomorrow morning.....Blood Type.

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! Hello!

Hi Friends! Can I start by saying that it's been a while since my last blog post? After a long vacation away, this little blog is going to have a comeback. Yay! A new look? Yes. A new topic. Yes and no. Still crafty? Yes. Long gone are my days eating and breathing everything scrapbook related and talking about silly sparkly vampires but my love of creating is still there. That never and will never ever go away. I still love the idea of scrapbooking and creating art. Putting ideas and memories on paper with pictures. Creating keepsakes and using paint, embellishments and stickers to make masterpieces. It will always be a part of me that love. I met alot of really great people throughout those scrapbooking years and still communicate with them daily. But Honestly, truly, I just don't put the time in to it that is required to do it and to do it well. My poor 4 year old might never have the scrapbook his big brother did or a published scrapbook page about him in a mag...
