happens, um not that magic, the scrap magic!
Can you say, "quite nipply."
yep.

here are a few layouts i did last night and also the current
scrapjack #41. We jacked the amazingly talented Virginia
(aka Blackflipflops) who hails from the great state of Alabama!
I can say first hand that she is super duper nice...cuz i got to
meet and mingle with her in person a few times.....she's just
good people, yaknow? So i was toats happy to find out that our
lovely Michelle had picked her for the final jack of 2008.
Ya gotta keep that inspo going, so take a break from your wrapping
and fa la la'ing and show us what 'cha got. There are two
amazing prize packages ready to get won ladies!
One is from an awesome designer named
Angie Delarie
and the other is from the fabuSTUDIO CALICO.

totally jelly over here, i want both!

finally took photos of the xmas decor and it's a bit much to post
w/these layouts so i'll save it for another post.

& what is up with that journalist throwing his shoes at El Prez Busho?
his shoe?
omg people, and dang the dude was fast with it. Bush was pretty quick
on those reflexes, can't say the same for the secret service people.
an artheritic dog can move faster than that.

  2. Oh, I was so excited about jacking V that I didn't read the rest of the post.

That was pretty funny even though I really do like Bush. I was just glad it was shoes and nothing else.

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture. To celebrate NSD, Shabby Shic Crafts and the Design Team Members are hosting a fun Blog Hop and giveaway! Leave a comment for a chance to win a package of 30 fantastic Tags from Shabby Shic! We went digital...........

Hello!

Hi Friends! Can I start by saying that it's been a while since my last blog post? After a long vacation away, this little blog is going to have a comeback. Yay! A new look? Yes. A new topic. Yes and no. Still crafty? Yes. Long gone are my days eating and breathing everything scrapbook related and talking about silly sparkly vampires but my love of creating is still there. That never and will never ever go away. I still love the idea of scrapbooking and creating art. Putting ideas and memories on paper with pictures. Creating keepsakes and using paint, embellishments and stickers to make masterpieces. It will always be a part of me that love. I met alot of really great people throughout those scrapbooking years and still communicate with them daily. But Honestly, truly, I just don't put the time in to it that is required to do it and to do it well. My poor 4 year old might never have the scrapbook his big brother did or a published scrapbook page about him in a mag...
