recent stuffs and obsessions

Hope everyone had a fab Halloween! Jaden was a grim reaper and aubs was a lady bug. She was also a princess and a bumblebee! The little chick had 3 costumes! I got some deals on girl costumes last year after halloweend and we had two other halloweeny events before the big candy day, so they came in handy. Sorry no pix. They are still in my camera....and when I eventually do layouts I'll post. But then again, my scanner is kaput. FYI, don't refill your ink cartrages at Wallgreens. Total waste of money, now my scanner is all weirded out by the refilled cartriges. It knows they are rigged. dammit!

Jaden's 5th birthday party was yesterday. Although it rained, it turned out really good! We had it at our local Pizza Factory. My mother in law made the most outrageous dinosour cake, with a lava filled volcano, river and dinosars......it even had chocolate hay stacks and rock candy. A-mazing. Again with the pixs, none. dammit.

N-e wayz....works going good. Got a flu shot on Monday........today, I'm sick. WTH?

so yeah.

Current Obsessions

*Starbucks. This is new, because I never really did the whole coffee thing.
BUT......Passion Tea Lemonade (5 pumps classic w/3 pumps mellon) is the
best.mmmmmmmmmmmmmm. gonna get one right now.
*Swarovsky encrusted lucite colored bracelets.....got 103$ worth yesterday.
Shhhhh, don't tell David!
*Target flats right now.
I want every color, style.
*Versace Bright Crystal purfume...smells divine and Costco has the big bottle for
47.99! love it. cannot believe that!
*MAC's Holiday Collection......already got 2!
Need all of them!

Happy National Scrapbooking Day!!

It's May already? Where has the time gone? We are almost halfway through Twenty10! I've been playing with paper and glue lately and recently came up with this layout featuring the new Spring Tags from Shabby Shic Crafts! Loving the awesome Springtime colors and cute designs Veronica and Albert have come up with this time around. This silly little picture of me and my daughter was taken from one of those token taking machines that take your picture and the computer "draws" it out on paper. You know the the ones they have at Chuck E. Cheese type of places? Of all the pictures I have, this has got to be one of my favorite ones I have of me and my baby girl when she was about one and a half. A little closer. loving the cluster above the picture.
