Jaden’s Party
So all week the weather was beautiful here, warm and sunny…just breathtaking. Then Saturday rolls around and guess what kind of weather we had for Jaden’s outside birthday party? Cold, overcast, nasty grey skies. We did make the best of it and the party was still fun! We had a Spider-Man Jumphouse……..Jaden liked to look at it and say “batman”, but wanted nothing to do with it! The other children enjoyed it though so I got my money’s worth I guess!
Since it was a costume/birthday party Jaden was dressed as Woody from Toy Story…he looked adorable! (Big thanks to Tara Daigle for hooking me up! You rawk girl!) Some of the other costumes included Princess Jasmine, Minnie Mouse, fairies, witches, ninjas, some Incredibles, cheerleaders, soldiers and even Freddy Krueger!
I’m very saddened to say that I didn’t take a lot of pictures. What kind of scrapper am I? I was so busy with the hostess part that I just couldn’t do it all! The husband was with the “GUYS” being well a guy and I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I managed to get some cute pictures of the kids and Jaden taking a bite out of the cake………and one of the Spiderman Jumphouse looking quite happy to see me………….if ya know what I mean! I have to post the picture for you guys to see what I mean! I was cracking up when I noticed “IT.”
On the Scrapooking front……………….
I haven’t scrapbooked in over a week and boy was I getting restless. I wanted to scrap so bad, I had tons of ideas going through my head but no time to do any of them. I should have wrote them down since I forgot about half of them already. I do remember a title I want to use....."Tresure of my Heart"....from a song I heard on the radio! It's an old Freestyle song! Memories of High school for sure! Back to the topic at hand............I was able to pump two pages out early Sunday morning………I had fun with my Xacto knife in the process. I cut out lots of hearts with my knife and inked ‘em up. Loving the results!

I got an newsletter from my LSS......they finally will be carrying alot of the new Heidi Swapp stuff!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! But not 'till it ships in Novemember/December.......DRAT!
I finally caught last Tuesday’s episode of Nip/Tuck! Oooooooooh can this show get any better??? I was happy with the ending……..dang that Kit. She had it coming. Finally the Carver does something right! HA!
Laguna Beach: LC and Jason? What the........? That actally happened? I'm still tripping out on that! Did you guys see Steven just watching LC the whole time. Yeah, bud- ya messed up big time! Oh, now he wants her now that someone else is Jocking her? I'm glad for LC and all but Jason? Looking forward to the 10/24 episode........more revelations on the LC/Jason thing! How Random.........ha, my usage of random......how Laguna is that?
Oh and about Making the Band 3……….. Malika got the boot! What did I say!???? I friggen knew it! Back to Oak-town she goes! I know Aubrey and Ondrea are in for shizzle, but who else will make the cut???? Can't wait to find out!!!! Ohhhhhhhhhh, La la la la!
